provides evidence based treatment services for adults throughout the state of Minnesota. With 21 programs, we serve the entire continuum of care (detox, residential, outpatient and specialty populations such as LGBTQIA+ and justice involved).
Sponsor Spotlight Presenter: Amy Stephan - Outreach Manager
Amy Diamond Stephan brings over a decade of experience in outreach, marketing, and relationship-building to her role as Outreach Manager at EOSIS. Amy plays a vital role in expanding access to care and raising awareness about EOSIS programs. She leads community engagement and referral development efforts to connect individuals with life-changing behavioral and chemical health services.
Amy is known for her strategic approach to partnership development, her compassionate communication style, and her deep commitment to helping others navigate the path to recovery. She works closely with providers, community organizations, and families to ensure that people in need can find the right support at the right time.
Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of St. Thomas. Her work is grounded in the belief that strong relationships and clear information are essential to better health outcomes—and that connection is at the heart of healing.
Workshop - Minnesota Gang Update
Objectives:
- Understand the current state of gang activity in Minnesota.
- Discuss current trends in gang activity and their crimes.
- Learn how social media is driving gang violence.
- Review the impact drug trafficking and cartels are having on gangs in Minnesota.
Workshop Description: This workshop will provide an update on current gang trends and criminal activities in Minnesota and Nationally.
Presented by: Undersheriff Mike Martin, Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office
Undersheriff Martin has been a police officer for more than 30 years, serving 25 years with the Minneapolis Police Department and 6 years with the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office. He is the Vice President of the Midwest Gang Investigators Association, representing 1800 gang investigators across 10 states. He is also the President of the Minnesota Chapter, representing 200 gang investigators in Minnesota. He has been investigating gangs and tracking gang intelligence for more than 30 years. He has investigated thousands of gang cases and interviewed hundreds of gang members.
