Check with your agency on their policy for making lodging reservations.

Upon submission of reservation form, you will be sent a secure link via Sertifi to enter in your credit card information.

GVL requires a minimum of 2 nights plus tax payment per room, along with the registration form, in order to secure your lodging accommodations. Credit Card will be charged for reservations upon completion of on-line reservation form.  You will get a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement once the deposit has been processed. 

Grand View does not take Purchase Orders to bill your agency for your room.  Room must be paid for to secure your reservation.

Once Grand View has received your deposit information, a team member will send confirmation of your lodging within 5-7 business days.

Double Occupancy Rate:  $90.50 per person/per night (plus taxes and resort fee): 
Double occupancy is defined as two people per bedroom and will share a bathroom (separate beds).

Single Occupancy Rate:  $128.00 per person/per night (plus taxes and resort fee):  Single occupancy is defined as one person per bedroom/bathroom while sharing the common living areas.

In Multi-bedroom units, the group will be charged for all bedrooms whithin the unit whether they are occupied or not.  Be sure you are aware of the number of bedrooms if you are requesting a specific multi-bedroom unit.

When making rooming reservations, please note that all individuals rooming in the same room or same unit will all be charged for the same number of nights. 
(Example: If 4 individuals are rooming in the same unit whether single occupancy or double occupancy, they will all be charged for the same number of nights.  If 3 are staying 3 nights and the 4th individual is only planning on staying 2 nights, that 4th indivdual will be charged for the 3rd night also.  Please be aware and plan accordingly.)

Reservation Link will be provided to attendees as soon as Grand View Lodge opens their lodging reservations for our conference.
